It was a very difficult decision for me to have my main business website re-done as the previous website had been done by a trusted friend and was actually ok. I've worked with Irun for about 8 years now and you always get a personal service. I've worked with other companies before, but I know with Irun that, no matter how I put it across in layman's terms, they get it; Andrew is there to take my language and communicate it with the developers in their terms to get it all done. Irun have given us the website that we had initially planned out in our heads, and then some. The timescale was really stretched out, so the fact that they waited on me for almost 2 years while we sorted out what we wanted and made changes, the patience and complete respect of them putting their work on the line for 2 years while we sorted what we wanted, and then to pick it up and then just charge with it at the end (and I understand it was a bit of a hard push at the end there to get it all done) has been really really good. There's a lot of things where I've said "This is what we need" and they've come back to say "OK, we've talked about it and what do you think of this site that does this?" They've then gone away and found a way to make it work on our site. They understood that I can't get my head around something until I've seen it working on another site, and they've found a way to do that for me. Unless you've got the capacity to imagine what you're capable of doing then you don't know. We're part of a buying group and there's been a few people who are trying to drag themselves into this century and I always point them to Irun.

I think it's the ability to just pick up the phone that stands out; So recently we were thinking of updating our website and asked "what would be involved in that? Can you come and do a presentation on some of the new products?" which they did. We talked through what would be the best options for us. As a charity they understand that we're looking for minimum spend. Then when Daniel came over to talk to us about our requirements we went through what we'd love to have vs what we need to have and they adjusted the content of the website accordingly. The website is good. I think we had a couple of discrepancies around tablet devices and mobile phones in terms of how it displayed on different models which we fed back to IRUN and they sorted really quickly. They certainly met what we expected of them in terms of upgrading our website and we'll definitely go back to them in the future if we need anything adding to the site.

I like how available IRUN are. They're based in my building which means that I can go and visit them whenever I need to. Whenever there's a question and they're all super responsive and happy to help. I can just knock on the door and say hello. When I have an idea they really embrace it and come up with an idea at a budget that's acceptable to us. I get excellent customer service and I'm very happy to recommend them to my clients. I think they're very thorough and I think the communication is always very good. I'm delighted with the way that the website looks and how it performs. It's already been through several iterations and we're making changes to it all the time. When we consider what we had previously I think it works very well. The analytics are showing that people find it quite sticky as well as they're spending around 5 minutes on the site and looking at multiple pages. We've even had a customer use the contact form on the site to book a specific room without ever having come to see the us,

We've been with IRUN for what must be about 10 years now. We used to have a very basic site which IRUN replaced for us and we've found them to be much better than our previous supplier. The website IRUN built for us runs nicely and they also handle our emails. The good thing is it all works and if there is ever a problem I can just phone them up and they'll sort it out for me. Any instructions are easy to follow and the staff are very good, they don't baffle us with science. IRUN are good at what they do.
