Creating content doesn’t have to be a daunting task for a business. In most cases the source of new content has been sat there all along; customers!

It’s the easiest form of content to write; create stories around your customers and the services/ products they have received from you. Start by asking your customers for their feedback, the comments that they provide you with can be used to enhance your sales pitch (after all, word of mouth and referrals are the greatest sales tool!). These comments can be shared on social media alongside a link to the relevant service or form an email campaign around how this particular customer used the service to improve their situation.
