Webmail is not working
Webmail is not working and you are connected to the internet.
- Check you have not run out of space. When you log in, the main page will inform you of how much space is being used. You may need to clear out some items. Remember to check spam / Junk and Sent Items folders as well as Inbox to clear space. Once you have deleted items, remember to empty the Trash folder.
- Another reason why you Webmail is not working is that you have too many items in your Inbox or Sent Items box. Ensure you have less than 1500 items in your Inbox and less than 500 in your sent items. If you have, just create some sub-folders and move emails to these.
We always suggest to use sub-folders and keep items in your Inbox and Sent Items to a minimum
