I have forgotten my email password

If you have forgotten your password there are two ways to reset it.

1. Contact IRUN.  Please note for security, your password is encrypted and we cannot therefore see it.  We have to reset it with a new one. It has to be a password that have never been used before on this email account.

   Once reset, we will suggest that you then log into webmail and amend your password to one only you know.  We have a guide on this here

2. You can also go to your webmail and select “forgot your password”. Please note that this only works if you have previously set up recovery security questions. If not, it is best just to contact us.
